Guacamole

Description

Hass avocado that has been ripened, selected, washed, disinfected, cut, and properly crushed to obtain avocado pulp. Then we add the previously prepared mixture of ingredients with the corresponding flavor. The pulp is blended, packaged by HPP, and frozen by a quick-freezing system.
